HVLS Fan Maintenance
Scheduled preventive maintenance that catches problems early, protects your warranty, and keeps every fan on your site turning.
In The Field
This Is The Work
Keep The Big Fans Turning
An HVLS fan hangs 20-plus feet over your people and product. Catching a loose fastener, a tired bearing, or a drifting drive before it fails is the difference between a quick service call and real downtime — or a safety problem.
We set you up on a schedule that fits how hard your fans run — annual for a steady warehouse, more often for hot, dusty, or round-the-clock operations. Scheduled service also keeps your manufacturer warranty intact.
- Mounting hardware, safety cabling, and torque to spec
- Hub, gearbox, and bearing condition — wear flagged early
- Blade and winglet condition, balance, and alignment
- Motor, drive (VFD), and electrical connections
- Speed controls, sensors, and building-management integration
- Sprinkler shut-off interlock tested where required (NFPA 13 / 72)
